带钢屈曲失稳限的计算是建立冷轧板形控制目标的理论基础,本文通过能量法计算了各种典型浪形缺陷的屈曲临界载荷;利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了带钢屈曲失稳仿真模型,计算了各种典型浪形下的屈曲临界载荷,将有限元仿真结果与解析结果进行了对比,验证了有限元模型的准确性;同时,通过设定不同的工况,得到了带钢屈曲临界条件与带钢宽厚比、张应力之间的关系。
The calculation of the buckling buckling limit of strip is the theoretical foundation for establishing the control target of cold-rolled strip shape.
