2011年,《武汉市餐饮行业工资专项集体合同》出炉,被誉为工资集体协商“武汉样本”。协商工作开展四年来,餐饮行业职工得到最大实惠,全市餐饮企业一线服务员平均工资从2010年10月的1173元提高到2014年2月的1856元,涨幅达58.2%。武汉市餐饮行业签订工资集体合同的做法,打破了只在企业内部签订集体合同的惯例,将整个行业纳入其中,这是一种劳资协商机制的突破与创新。但是,作为个案的成功有其特殊性,工资集体协商还应建立长效协商机制。
