目的研究非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变视功能损伤特点。方法选取2014年1月—2015年10月期间在郑州市第二人民医院门诊就诊的非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者67例(119眼)行荧光素眼底血管造影(Fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)、光学相干断层扫描(Optical coherence tomograph,OCT)及视网膜电图(Electroretinogram,ERG)检查,检查结果经统计学分析。结果 1OCT结果:非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜变在视网膜内丛状层、内核层、外核层、外丛状层出现颗粒状的高反光,随着病变发展而加重;2ERG结果:非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变出现视杆b波振幅、最大a、b波振幅、OPS振幅、视锥a、b波振幅、30Hz下降,随着病变发展而加重(P<0.05)。结论 1早期非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变光感受器细胞出现功能性改变,并随着病变发展而加重。2早期非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变视网膜内屏障破坏。
Objective To study the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy as a functional impairment. Methods Sixty-seven patients (119 eyes) with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy who underwent outpatient visits from January 2014 to October 2015 in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital were enrolled in this study. Fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) Optical coherence tomograph (OCT) and Electroretinogram (ERG) were examined. The results were statistically analyzed. Results 1OCT results: non-proliferative diabetic retinal changes in the plexiform layer, the inner nuclear layer, the outer nuclear layer, the outer plexiform layer granular reflex, with the development of the disease and aggravate; 2ERG results: non-proliferative diabetic The retinal b wave amplitudes, maximal a, b wave amplitudes, OPS amplitudes, cones a, b wave amplitudes, and 30 Hz descent were observed in patients with retinopathy. The pathological changes were aggravated (P <0.05). Conclusion1 Early non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy photoreceptor cells appear functional changes, and with the development of the disease and aggravate. 2 early non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy damage to the inner retinal barrier.
