National secondary protected plant Calocedrus macrolepis Kurz and Pseudotsuga sinensis Dode, with only a large area of pure forest in Yunnan Yimen, are two protected species and two corresponding forests Community, now the country has become the only cypresses and yellow fir nature reserve. In this paper, for the first time, from the perspectives of community characteristics, fauna and population distribution, the importance of extreme need protection for cypresses and juniper trees was analyzed for the first time. The results showed that the tolerance of Cucumis sativus seedlings and the hi-light of Sequoia saplings were one of the main reasons for their limited distribution range. Based on the fossil data, it was concluded that the Cucumbers could originate from central Yunnan. The results showed that the geographical distribution of the cypresses is more tropical than the Douglas fir. These studies provide a theoretical basis for the in-situ conservation and ex-situ conservation of Cucumbers and Douglas fir.
