“一带一路”政策在2014年提出,它对于我国以及周边国家的经济发展具有重要意义。本文首先对“一带一路”建设中法律起到的作用进行分析,阐明完善法律的重要性,然后“一带一路”建设中现有问题和将要面临的问题作出探讨,针对探讨结果,结合实例,提出几点法律实施的策略。 “Belt and Road” policy was put forward in 2014, which is of great significance to the economic development of our country and its neighboring countries.
