非牙源性上颌瘘乃口腔颌面外科常见病,诊断较易。临床上对其手术治疗预防复发,目前尚缺乏深入的探讨。本文结合我院1985年～1990年收治的35例非牙源性上颌瘘,就其发病原因,临床特征,手术等方面问题进行讨论。临床资料性别及年龄:男25例,女10例。16～29岁3例(8.6％)、30～49岁11例(31.4％)、50岁以上21例(60％)。其中老年人多发,青少年少见。发现病期:最短2天,最长10年,多数病例在1年以内。瘘管情况:瘪口裂隙最大径3.5cm,最小
Non-odontogenic maxillary fistula is a common disease of oral and maxillofacial surgery, diagnosis easier. Clinically, its surgical treatment to prevent recurrence, the current lack of in-depth discussion. In this paper, 35 cases of non-odontogenic maxillary fistula admitted to our hospital from 1985 to 1990 are discussed, and their causes, clinical features and operation are discussed.
