目的研究持续呼气末二氧化碳(ETCO2)监测在重型颅脑损伤患者机械通气中的应用。方法将60例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分成两组,使用机械通气和ETCO2监测,查看两组患者平均动脉压、血气状况、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)与呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)差[P(a-ET)CO2]值和颅内压的关联性。结果两组P(a-ET)CO2差值较小,表明Pa CO2和PETCO2关联性强,PETCO2能体现Pa CO2。结论 PETCO2监控方便且能实时分析病情,值得推广于临床治疗中。
Objective To study the use of continuous end-tidal carbon dioxide (ETCO2) monitoring in mechanical ventilation in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Sixty patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups. The mechanical ventilation and ETCO2 were used to monitor the changes of mean arterial pressure, blood gas, arterial carbon dioxide (PaCO 2) and end-tidal carbon dioxide (PETCO 2 ) Correlation between poor [P (a-ET) CO2] and intracranial pressure. Results The differences in P (a-ET) CO2 between the two groups were small, indicating that PaCO 2 and PETCO 2 had a strong correlation with PETCO 2 and PaCO 2. Conclusions PETCO2 is easy to monitor and analyze in real time. It is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
