课桌凳、门窗等教室内固定设备设施,借用或分配到班的教学仪器,以及班级的教学资源,是班级赖以存在的物质基础,是提高教育教学质量,促进学生全面发展的物质保证。班级公物保管的好坏是先进班集体的重要指数,反映了班级的班风,显示着班级的风貌。作为班主任,若抓好了刚性管理与柔性管理,就能较好地实现班级公物的管护。
