一前言宗日遗址位于青海省海南州同德县巴沟乡班多村和卡力岗村间的黄河北岸,地处马家窑文化分布的西南边陲~①(图一)。这里所发现的主要遗存可以分为三期六段,相当于马家窑文化的马家窑期(宗日一期一段和二段)、小坪子期(宗日二期三段)、半山期(宗日二期四段到三期六段)、马厂期(个别宗日三期六段~②)——几个主要以彩陶器形和纹饰风格变化为区分的文化阶段。然而,不同于其他典型马家窑文化遗址,宗日遗址所出土的陶容器主要可以分为两组。一组是典型的马家窑文化陶器,几乎都是泥质彩陶;一组是主要分布在黄河上游共和盆地的所谓宗日式陶器,绝大部分为夹砂陶,包括夹砂彩陶,以绘紫红彩为特征,主要纹饰为多道横行连续折线纹和变形鸟
Preface The site of Zongri is located on the north bank of the Yellow River between Bandeo Village and Qialigang Village in Baigou Township, Tongde County, Hainan Province, Qinghai Province. It is located on the southwest border of Majiayao culture (Figure 1).
