过去数字滤波器全是单采样率的系统。近年来提出使用多采样率数字滤波器。多采样率数字滤波器是输出采样率与输入采样率或内部处理采样率不同的一种数字系统。本文对这种滤波器的理论基础、分析方法、实现技术与应用做了系统介绍。文中对修改的 Z 变换与普通 Z 变换的关系、采样区间值用修改的 Z 变换与用采样率转换求法的一致性以及用采样率转换一般分析法与将多采样率数字滤波器作为周期性时变离散滤波器特殊情况分析法的一致性做了推导与阐述。
In the past, digital filters were all single sample rate systems. In recent years, the use of multi-sample rate digital filter.
