在泄洪洞内设多级孔板消能是一种新型消能型式。鉴于国内外尚缺乏这类型式消能的实际工程经验,决定选择碧口水电站排沙洞增建孔板进行现场消能试验,通过试验取得了有关孔板消能效果、水流脉动、孔板及其围岩的诱发振动、空化特性等大量数据,与相应的模型试验和理论计算对比,说明利用多级孔板在洞内消能技术上是可行的,为多泥沙河流上修建高水头泄水建筑物开辟了新的消能途径。
