目的 对广藿香全草进行研究以筛选天然抗真菌新药。方法 用色谱技术进行分离 ,通过 IR,U V,MS,NMR(1 H,1 3C,DEPT)分析以及与标准品对照的方法鉴定化合物的结构。利用培养基药物浓度稀释法进行体外抗菌实验。结果 利用抗菌活性追踪 ,从广藿香中分离得到 8个黄酮类化合物 ,鉴定为 :5 -羟基 - 3′,7,4′-三甲氧基二氢黄酮 ( ) ;5 -羟基 - 7,4′-二甲氧基二氢黄酮 ( ) ;3,5 -二羟基 - 7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮 ( ) ;5 -羟基 - 7,3,4′-三甲氧基黄酮( ) ;5 -羟基 - 3,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮 ( ) ;5 ,4′-二羟基 - 3,7,3′-三甲氧基黄酮 ( ) ;5 ,4′-二羟基 - 7-甲氧基黄酮( )和 3,5 ,7,3′,4′-五羟基黄酮 ( )。并对化合物 , , , 进行了体外抗真菌活性研究。结论 除 和 外 ,均为首次从该植物中分离得到。受测的 4个黄酮类化合物具有抗真菌活性
Objective To study the patchouli whole plant to screen natural antifungal new drugs. Methods Chromatographic techniques were used for separation and the structures of the compounds were identified by IR, UV, MS, NMR (1H, 13C, DEPT) analysis and comparison with standard products. In vitro antibacterial experiments were performed using a medium concentration dilution method. Results Using antibacterial activity tracking, eight flavonoids were isolated from patchouli and identified as: 5-hydroxy-3′,7,4′-trimethoxydihydroflavone (); 5-hydroxy-7, 4 ’-Dimethoxyflavone (); 3,5-Dihydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone (); 5-Hydroxy-7,3,4’-trimethoxyflavone (); 5-Hydroxy-3,7,3’,4’-tetramethoxyflavone (); 5,4’-dihydroxy-3,7,3’-trimethoxyflavone (); 5,4’- two Hydroxy-7-methoxyflavone () and 3,5,7,3’,4’-pentahydroxyflavone (). In addition, the antibacterial activities of the compounds were investigated in vitro. The results were separated from the plant for the first time, except for the two. The four flavonoids tested have antifungal activity
