由实验用大鼠感染流行性出血热病毒而传播引起人该病流行的病例在许多地区相继发生,该病疫区在不断地扩大。疫区内饲养实验用大鼠易被感染,新换种群常受到反复感染。传播途径的研究十分紧迫。本文利用两个自然感染该病毒的大鼠群进行了空气传播途径的研究。分两个实验组,一组设置在笼架饲养、水冲粪便(即湿式作业)的大鼠群中;另一组设置在盒内饲养(即干式作业)的大鼠群中。所用垫料、笼具及用品皆经~(60)Co照射消毒,水为自来水,饲料在90℃干烤8小时后装箱备用。实验组五只或单只饲养,各笼间距离为10cm。实验前用灭害灵杀虫,
