目的 建立一种可供实验室应用的颅脑爆炸伤动物模型。方法 采用滑膛枪发射钢珠弹与雷管同步启爆模拟爆炸性武器产生的破片和冲击波 ,用不同的弹速与冲击波压力组合致动物颅脑伤 ,观察致伤能量与损伤程度间的关系及伤后病理改变的特点。结果 动物伤后可存活 6h以上 ,局部伤情和病理改变能体现颅脑爆炸伤的特点。结论 本实验所建立的动物模型可用于颅脑爆炸伤的实验研究
Objective To establish a laboratory animal model of brain injury. Methods Simultaneous detonation of fragments and shock waves by explosive blast gun with shotgun launcher steel ball projectile and detonator combined with different combinations of projectile velocity and blast pressure resulted in the relationship between injury energy and injury and the pathological changes after injury specialty. Results The animals survived more than 6 hours after injury, and local injuries and pathological changes could reflect the characteristics of brain injury. Conclusion The animal model established in this experiment can be used in the experimental study of brain explosion injury
