目的研究BN大鼠亲代暴露致敏原后子代对致敏原免疫反应变化。方法亲代分成暴露与非暴露致敏原,两组所产大鼠均随机分为卵清蛋白(OVA)组、空白对照组,分别每日经口给予1 mg/ml OVA溶液、灭菌蒸馏水1 ml,共6周;第2周、第4周、第6周取血分离血清,测定特异性抗体Ig G和Ig E;第3天和第5天取血分离血浆,测定组胺;最后测定两组胃肠道渗透性。结果亲代非暴露致敏原的大鼠可激发较强的过敏反应,特异性Ig G、特异性Ig E、组胺水平均升高;亲代暴露致敏原的大鼠激发后免疫反应较弱。结论 BN大鼠亲代接触致敏原后,其子代致敏免疫反应减弱。
Objective To study the allergen-induced immune responses of progeny of BN rats exposed to allergens. Methods The parents were divided into exposed and non-exposed allergens. The rats in both groups were randomly divided into ovalbumin (OVA) group and blank control group. Oral solution of 1 mg / ml OVA orally and sterilized distilled water 1 ml for 6 weeks. Blood was collected from the 2nd, 4th, and 6th weeks to separate the specific IgG and IgE antibodies. Blood was collected on day 3 and 5 to determine histamine. Finally, Gastrointestinal permeability in both groups. The results of the parental non-exposed allergen-induced rats can stimulate a strong allergic reaction, specific Ig G, specific Ig E, histamine levels were elevated; parental allergens exposed allergen immune response is weak. Conclusions After exposure to allergens, the offspring of BN rats have a diminished sensitization response to their offspring.
