硫化氢(H_2S)是一种无色,剧毒和蛋类腐败臭味,窒息性溶于水和油的气体。低浓度时,对呼吸道和眼的局部有较明显的刺激作用。目前认为,H_2S对全身的毒作用原理主要是与细胞色素氧化酶及这一类酶中的二硫键起作用,从而影响了细胞的氧化过程,造成组织缺氧。同时,还可使一些其它酶失活或活性降低等共同作用所致。
Hydrogen Sulfide (H 2 S) is a colorless, virulent, and egg-smelling, smothering gas that dissolves in water and oil. Low concentrations, the respiratory tract and eye have a more obvious local stimulus. It is currently believed that the toxic effect of H 2 S on the whole body is mainly due to the interaction with cytochrome oxidase and the disulfide bonds in this type of enzyme, thereby affecting the cell’s oxidation process and causing tissue hypoxia. At the same time, but also some other enzymes can be inactivated or reduced activity caused by the joint action.
