近年来的资料认为去甲肾上腺素与针效有明显的关系。已知多巴胺-β-羟化酶(DβH)是多巴胺变成去甲肾上腺素(NE)的合成酶,并随NE按比例地释放。测定组织中的DβH活性,可在一定程度上反映相应组织中NE能神经原的功能状态。本文为进一步探讨NE在针刺镇痛中的作用,以及针刺镇痛时该递质在中枢及外周的变化,以DβH为指标测定了针刺镇痛效果显著的豚鼠脑干、下丘脑与肾上腺组织中该酶的活性。
In recent years, the data that norepinephrine and needle effect have a clear relationship. Dopamine-β-hydroxylase (DβH) is known to be a synthetase for the conversion of dopamine to norepinephrine (NE) and is released proportionately with NE. Measurement of tissue DβH activity, to some extent, reflect the corresponding tissue NE neurons in the functional status. In order to further explore the role of NE in acupuncture analgesia and acupuncture analgesia when the transmitter in the central and peripheral changes in the DβH as an indicator of acupuncture analgesic effect was significantly guinea pig brainstem, hypothalamus and Adrenal tissue activity of the enzyme.
