以新鲜的枸杞花为试材,采用水提-醇沉法提取枸杞花多糖,选取料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间为影响试验的主要因素,依据回归分析法确定多糖提取得率为响应值的单因素响应面和等高线,分析每个因素的显著性和交互作用来对枸杞花中多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,水提-醇沉法提取枸杞花多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1︰29(g/mL)、浸提温度92℃、浸提时间2.8 h,枸杞花多糖得率为2.1%。
Using fresh Lycium barbarum as test material, the extraction of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides by water-alcohol precipitation method, the selection of material-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time were the main factors affecting the experiment. The yield of polysaccharide was determined by regression analysis Response value of the single factor response surface and contour lines, analyze the significance of each factor and interaction to optimize the extraction of polysaccharides in the wolfberry flower. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Lycium barbarum L. by water-alcohol precipitation were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1︰29 (g / mL), extraction temperature 92 ℃, extraction time 2.8 h, %.
