学术期刊是传播科学知识、促进科学交流的社会工具。作为学术交流的把关人,学术期刊通过可靠的研究方法、严格的科研道德、严肃的同行评议、严谨的写作规范来要求、评价和编辑学术论文,保障学术质量、维护科研诚信、提高交流效率。正如Science杂志总编辑布鲁斯·艾伯茨指出[1],学术界所有人都有义务去共同创造良好的科研环境,这尤其要求Science这样的学术期刊坚持高水平的学术标准。
Academic journals are social tools that disseminate scientific knowledge and promote scientific exchange. As a gateway for academic exchanges, academic journals require, evaluate and edit academic papers through reliable research methods, strict scientific research ethics, serious peer review and rigorous writing standards to ensure academic quality, maintain the integrity of scientific research and enhance the efficiency of communication. As Bruce Alberts, Editor-in-Chief of Science magazine, pointed out, [1] Everyone in the academic community is obliged to work together to create a sound scientific research environment. This requires in particular that academic journals like Science adhere to a high standard of academic standards.
