众所周知,日本在科技方面的创造力正在上升。1976年,美国专利的头四名得主都是美国的公司和部门,而到了1987年,头四名中竞有三名是日本的公司。日本的崛起和美国的衰落这一极富戏剧性的变化是怎么产生的,原因十分复杂。其中日本人重视开发自身创造力起到至关重要的作用。
As we all know, Japan's creativity in science and technology is on the rise. In 1976, the top four winners of U.S. patents were U.S. companies and divisions. By 1987, the top four winners were three Japanese companies. The reason for this dramatic change is how Japan's rise and the decline of the United States have come about for so many reasons. Among them, the Japanese play an important role in developing their own creativity.
