目的探讨双手娩核技术在手法小切口白内障摘出术中的应用。方法对166例(210眼)手法小切口白内障手术中双手娩核技术进行总结。结果术后1周最佳矫正视力≥0.5者173眼(82.38%)。术中后囊破裂6眼(2.86%),悬韧带断离2眼(0.96%),后弹力层轻度撕脱1眼(0.48%),虹膜反复脱出切口2眼(0.96%),无晶状体核坠入玻璃体腔或眼内出血等并发症。结论在手法小切口白内障手术中,采用双手娩核技术可以减少术中并发症,使手术更安全、更方便。
Objective To investigate the application of hands-delivered nuclear technique in manual small incision cataract extraction. Methods A total of 166 cases (210 eyes) manual small incision cataract surgery nuclear delivery techniques are summarized. Results One week after operation, the best corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 was 173 eyes (82.38%). There were 6 eyes (2.86%) in the rupture of the posterior capsule, 2 eyes (0.96%) in the suspensory ligament, 1 (0.48%) in the posterior elastic layer, 2 eyes (0.96% Nuclear fall into the vitreous or intraocular hemorrhage and other complications. Conclusion In the manual small incision cataract surgery, the delivery of nuclear technology with both hands can reduce the intraoperative complications and make the operation safer and more convenient.
