建立水政监察岗位责任制是水政监察规范化建设的一项重要工作，钱塘江管理局萧绍虞管理处，根据监察工作内容，设立了相应的岗位，并确定相应的岗位职责，以责、权、利统一的原则，对水政监察人员的业绩进行考核，评比与奖惩，同时建立监督岗，对水政监察人员的日常工作进行监督，提高监察队伍的人员素质与执法水平。经实际运作，效果良好。
