利用变频调速器对带动双工作腔滑片压缩机的电机进行变频控制 ,以模拟电动汽车空调在实际运行中压缩机转速变化时的工作性能 ,对其制冷量、耗电量、容积效率及COP值进行分析 ,并与电动汽车空调涡旋压缩机进行比较 ,表明二者性能差别不大 ,且前者具有结构、加工及安装简单的显著特点
The frequency converter is used to control the frequency of the motor which drives the dual chamber vane compressor to simulate the performance of the electric vehicle air conditioner when the speed of the compressor changes during the actual operation. The refrigerating capacity, power consumption, volumetric efficiency and COP values were analyzed and compared with electric scroll compressors for air conditioners of electric vehicles, indicating that the two have little difference in performance, and the former has the prominent features of simple structure, processing and installation
