目的探讨颌骨缺损赝复体修复前心理干预对患者满意度的影响。方法选择2007年2月至2009年10月在中国医科大学口腔医学院修复科门诊就诊的24例上颌骨缺损患者,随机分为两组。试验组12例,赝复体修复前对其进行心理干预;对照组12例,修复前未进行心理干预,修复后常规医嘱。调查两组患者修复1个月和3个月后对修复体的满意度。结果试验组与对照组相比,赝复体修复1个月和3个月后语音功能、咀嚼功能、舒适性等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);美观程度和固位差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对颌骨缺损行赝复体修复的患者,修复前心理干预可提高其对修复体的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of pre-rehabilitation psychological intervention on patient satisfaction of mandibular defect prosthesis. Methods From February 2007 to October 2009, 24 patients with maxillary defects treated in the department of orthopedics of the Stomatology School of China Medical University were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group, 12 cases were treated with prosthetic compound before psychological repair. In the control group, 12 cases were treated with no psychological intervention before the routine repair, and the routine doctor’s instructions were restored. The satisfaction of the prosthesis after 1 and 3 months of repair in both groups was investigated. Results Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in speech function, masticatory function and comfort between the experimental group and the control group (P <0.05) after 1 month and 3 months of repair. There was no statistical difference in the aesthetic degree and retention Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion For the patients with mandibular defect prostheses repair, pre-rehabilitation psychological intervention can improve their satisfaction with prosthesis.
