文化是国家的软实力,是社会持续健康发展不可或缺的推动力量。党的十七大把文化大发展大繁荣提升到国家战略高度,把党的文化建设创新和发展,纳入中国特色社会主义事业“四位一体”总体布局。本文依托对唐山——中国首个科学发展示范区的调研,述说唐山践行科学发展观,在党的文化建设理论创新思想指导下,文化建设和文化产业发展方面取得的新进展。
Culture is the country’s soft power and an indispensable driving force for the sustained and healthy development of society. The 17th National Congress of the CPC has elevated the great prosperity of cultural development to the national strategic level and brought the innovation and development of the party’s cultural construction into the “four in one” general layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This article relies on the investigation of Tangshan, the first demonstration area of scientific development in China, and expounds the new progress made by Tangshan in practicing the scientific concept of development, under the guidance of the party’s theory of cultural construction theory innovation, cultural construction and cultural industry development.
