关于小脑肿瘤的手术治疗国内已有较多报道,但其显微手术治疗报告少见。我科于1996年8月～1999年3月应用显微外科技术行小脑肿瘤切除术15例,并采用国际上常用于脑瘤术后评估的ＫＰＳ预后评分表进行评估,疗效满意。现结合文献进行讨论,旨在进一步提高手术疗效及患者生存质量。1
Surgical treatment of cerebellar tumors have been more domestic reports, but the microsurgical treatment report rare. Our department from August 1996 to March 1999 microsurgical technique of cerebellar tumor resection in 15 cases, and the international community commonly used in the assessment of brain tumor KPS prognostic score scale to evaluate the curative effect. Now combined with the literature for discussion, to further improve the surgical efficacy and quality of life of patients. 1
