实现薄灰缝设计是蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌体推广中的关键问题之一,为解决这一问题需要寻找一种抗拉强度高且厚度较薄的材料代替传统拉结钢筋,通过配玄武岩纤维格栅蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌体基本力学性能试验,研究了玄武岩纤维制品网格尺寸、断裂强度、铺设层数以及在纤维表面涂覆环氧树脂等因素对砌体基本力学性能的影响。结果表明:与普通砌体相比,配玄武岩纤维格栅砌体抗压强度增加约10%,抗剪强度增加约13%,砌块强度利用率提高8%左右。灰缝厚度为5mm,能实现薄灰缝的要求。
