近年来,国内多个城市(厦门、大连、宁波、昆明等)陆续出现了地方民众针对二甲苯化工(俗称PX)项目拟在当地建设的抵制抗争活动。已有文献表明,这种被称之为“邻避”的抗争行为与抗争者的风险感知有关,但现有研究缺乏青年~①群体对邻避设施(PX项目)的风险感知与邻避态度之定量测量及其内在关联性分析。本文基于宁波PX事件之后,对宁波市216位青年的PX项目风险感知和邻避态度进行问卷调查,结果表明:多数青年对PX项目的各种风险(包括生活品质、身体健康、环境污染风险等)估计较高,多数青年的心理焦虑程度在中等偏上水平以及其邻避态度较为强烈,且焦虑情绪和补偿意愿对邻避态度的影响最大。因此,针对公众(特别是青少年)开展各类化工及核电等科普教育、进行科学有效的风险沟通和及时准确的信息公开就显得十分必要。
In recent years, several cities in China (Xiamen, Dalian, Ningbo, Kunming, etc.) have successively emerged the boycott and protest activities planned by local people for the construction of xylene (commonly known as PX) project. Based on the PX event in Ningbo, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the risk perception and neighbor avoidance attitude of PX in 216 young people in Ningbo City. The results show that most young people have various risks (including quality of life, physical health, risk of environmental pollution, etc.) ) Is estimated to be high. Most of the youth have a higher level of psychological anxiety and a stronger attitude toward their neighbors, and their anxiety and compensation will have the greatest impact on their attitude towards neighbors. Therefore, it is necessary for the general public (especially young people) to carry out all kinds of popular science education such as chemical industry and nuclear power, conduct scientific and effective risk communication and timely and accurate information disclosure.
