How can international organizations and multinational companies recruit the right people in China? How can the Chinese elites who are interested in working in international agencies win their fierce job candidates and get their dream job? Are they working satisfactorily in international agencies? How to deal with the differences caused by different cultures when working with colleagues of different nationalities in the international context? How do foreign workers feel when working in international organizations with Chinese employees as the “majority”? Why do they choose to work, live in China? Chinese colleagues co-operation, soaked in authentic Chinese society, these “foreigners” will encounter a “cultural collision”? Reporters interviewed the British Council, British Overseas Volunteer Service and France Telecom Group three international agencies to understand these agencies in China, staff recruitment and Chinese and foreign employees seeking employment experience.
