目的:研究建立反相高效液相色谱法测定斑蝥虫体内斑蝥素的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法对斑蝥虫体内斑蝥素的含量进行测定,并考察方法的精密度、重复性和稳定性。结果:斑蝥素的回归方程为:Y=809512X-25642(r=0.999 9),表明斑蝥素在0.2~1.0mg/mL的范围内具有良好的线性关系;同时经试验证明使用反相高效色相色谱法对斑蝥中斑蝥素的含量进行测量具有良好的精密度、重复性和稳定性。结论:使用反相高效液相色谱法可以对斑蝥虫体内的斑蝥素含量进行有效测量,具有操作简单、方便、准确的特点,对于中药斑蝥的质量控制具有重要意义。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of cantharidin in plaque. Methods: The content of cantharidin in plaqueid was determined by RP - HPLC, and the precision, repeatability and stability of the method were investigated. Results: The regression equation of cantharidin was: Y = 809512X-25642 (r = 0.999 9), which showed that there was a good linear relationship between cantharidin and 0.2 ~ 1.0mg / mL.
