[目的]观察芪归胶囊对肠运动的影响。[方法]以芪归胶囊不同剂量观察该药对豚鼠体外回肠自主运动及家兔体内回肠运动的影响。[结果]芪归胶囊显著增加豚鼠体外回肠自主运动幅度、活动力和家兔体内回肠运动收缩幅度、活动力(P<0.05、<0.01);对氯化钡、乙酰胆碱引起豚鼠体外回肠强直收缩有明显拮抗作用(P<0.05、<0.01),肠管的紧张性迅速下降,表现为收缩幅度明显减小(P<0.05、<0.01);对肾上腺素抑制豚鼠体外回肠收缩运动无明显拮抗作用(P>0.05)。[结论]芪归胶囊有推动及调节肠管运动的作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Zigui Capsule on intestinal movement. [Methods] The effects of the drug on the ileum voluntary movement of guinea pigs and the ileum movement in rabbits were observed with different doses of Zigui Capsule. [Results] Zigui Capsule significantly increased the motility and motility of ileum in guinea pigs, and the contraction amplitude and motility of ileum movement in rabbits (P<0.05, <0.01); and the ileocolic contraction of guinea pigs induced by lanthanum chloride and acetylcholine. Obvious antagonism (P<0.05, <0.01), intestinal tension rapidly decreased, showing a significant reduction in the amplitude of contraction (P<0.05, <0.01); no inhibition of epinephrine inhibition of ileum contraction in guinea pigs in vitro (P >0.05). [Conclusion] Guigui Capsule has the effect of promoting and regulating the movement of intestinal tract.
