利用雷诺类比法研究了火花点火发动机缸套壁面润滑油膜处未燃碳氢的吸附和释放过程,研究了结构和运转参数对润滑油膜处未燃碳氢吸附量的影响。计算结果表明,提高缸套壁面润滑油温度,提高发动机转达,燃用较稀混合气以及使用低压缩比等措施均能减少缸套壁面润滑油膜中未燃碳氢的吸附和释放量,达到降低发动机未燃碳氢排放的目的。
Reynolds analogy was used to study the adsorption and release process of unburnt hydrocarbon at the cylinder liner wall surface of a spark ignition engine. The influence of structure and operating parameters on the unburnt hydrocarbon adsorption at the lubricant film was studied. The calculation results show that the adsorption and release of unburned hydrocarbon in the cylinder liner lubricating oil film can be reduced by increasing the lubricant temperature on the cylinder liner wall wall, increasing the engine delivery, fueling lean mixture, and using low compression ratio to reduce The purpose of the engine unburned hydrocarbon emissions.
