How can an enterprise build the factory director’s (manager’s) authority on the understanding and support of employees? This is a problem that deserves universal attention in the current reform of enterprise’s leadership system. At present, there are 25,000 industrial enterprises in our country who carry out the factory director responsibility system pilot. A considerable number of enterprises have initially established an authoritative unified command system. This is commendable.
