Using OV-101 / ChromosorbWAW-DMCS (150μm ~ 180μm) for the internal standard column chromatography. The method has a standard deviation of 0.24, a coefficient of variation of 0.98%, a recovery of 99.2% for chlorpyrifos and 98.7% for fenpropathrin.
