同志们: 这次会议以党的十四届五中全会和中央经济工作会议精神为指导,认真贯彻省六次党代会和全国电力工作会议的要求,全面总结了云南电力工业“八五”的成绩和问题,规划了“九五”电力工作目标,安排了今年的电力工作。这是云南电力工业发展史上一次承上启下的重要会议,会议开得很好很圆满。在这里我代表中共云南省委、云南省人民政府向会议的圆满成功表示祝贺,向全省电力职工表示亲切慰问。下面我讲五点意见,供大家参考。
Comrades: The conference, guided by the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, conscientiously implemented the requirements of the 6th Provincial Party Congress and the National Electric Power Work Conference, and comprehensively summed up the “8th Five-Year Plan” of the Yunnan Electric Power Industry. The achievements and problems have been planned for the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” power work target and this year’s power work has been arranged. This is an important meeting on the history of the development of Yunnan’s power industry. The meeting was very successful and very successful. On behalf of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Government of Yunnan Province, I hereby extend my congratulations on the successful conclusion of the meeting and express cordial greetings to the power workers in the province.
