研制了新型高能高频电脉冲沉积 (EPD)设备 ,并用此设备在Cr5Mo锅炉钢表面获得了质量较好的铝涂层。静态空气中恒温氧化试验表明 ,沉积的铝涂层在 5 0 0℃ ,6 0 0℃和 80 0℃极大地提高了Cr5Mo钢的抗高温氧化性能和氧化层剥落性能 ,随着温度的提高 ,铝涂层的保护性能有所下降。氧化性能提高的原因是涂层表面形成了以铝氧化物为主的氧化层 ,铝涂层及涂层表面形成的氧化层阻碍了基体中铁向外的扩散和铁的氧化物的快速生长。
A new high-energy and high-frequency electrical pulse deposition (EPD) equipment was developed and used to obtain a good quality aluminum coating on the Cr5Mo boiler steel surface. The static air oxidation experiments showed that the deposited aluminum coating at 550 ℃, 600 ℃ and 800 ℃ greatly enhanced the high temperature oxidation resistance and the exfoliation behavior of Cr5Mo steel. With the increase of temperature, The protective properties of aluminum coatings have declined. The reason for the improvement of the oxidation performance is that the surface of the coating forms an oxide layer mainly of aluminum oxide, and the oxide layer formed on the surface of the aluminum coating and the coating hinders the outward diffusion of iron in the matrix and the rapid growth of iron oxide.
