我园施教区还有少数几名已满3岁的幼儿尚未入园,大多因为家中有老人照看。为了使这些散居幼儿受到教育,我园进行了“组织农村散居幼儿来园活动”的试验。我班接受了金星星等7位幼儿定期来园活动。活动时间是每周二(全天),活动形式是让他们参与一日活动。首先,我制订了散居幼儿来园活动的计划,确定了每月的教育目标与要求以及主要活动内容等,并且送给每个家长一份,以使家庭教育能与幼儿园的教育同步协调。其次,我与本班幼儿共同讨论:
