国家发改委日前发布2008年第9号公告,废止436项行业标准。在这些被废止的标准中,属于石油和化学工业范畴的共有63项。其中,化工行业标准3项,石化行业标准2项,石油天然气行业标准58项。这是国家发改委根据《标准化法实施条例》的规定,组织对已实施5年以上的行业标准进行复审后作出的决定。
National Development and Reform Commission recently released Notice No. 9 of 2008, repealing 436 industry standards. Of these abolished standards, 63 belong to the oil and chemical industry. Among them, the chemical industry standard 3, 2 petrochemical industry standards, oil and gas industry standards 58. This is the decision made by the National Development and Reform Commission following the review of the industry standards that have been implemented for more than 5 years according to the Regulations for the Implementation of the Standardization Law.
