应用低O2 高CO2 肺动脉高压大鼠模型 ,观察了不同时间低O2 高CO2 及川芎嗪保护血浆抗凝血酶 Ⅲ活性 (AT Ⅲ :C)、平均肺动脉压 (mPAP)、右心室重量 (RV/ 10 0 gBW ,RV/TV)的变化。结果显示 ,随低O2 高CO2 时间的延长 ,mPAP逐渐升高 ,AT Ⅲ :C逐渐降低 ,两者呈良好负相关 (r =- 0 .86 4 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,2实验组的RV/ 10 0 gBW和RV/TV均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1)。血浆AT Ⅲ活性与RV/ 10 0 gBW呈良好负相关 (r =- 0 .6 12P <0 .0 0 1)。川芎嗪保护组AT Ⅲ :C高于非保护组 ,mPAP ,PV/ 10 0 gBW ,PV/TV低于非保护组。表明慢性常压低O2 高CO2 肺动脉高压大鼠血浆抗凝血酶 Ⅲ活性降低 ,与肺动脉高压的形成及右心室肥大有关 ,川芎嗪能调控并改善它们的升降程度
The hypoxia-hypercapnia (CO2) and ligustrazine-protected plasma antithrombin Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ: C), mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) and RV / 10 0 gBW, RV / TV) changes. The results showed that with the prolongation of hypoxia and hypercoagulability, mPAP gradually increased and AT Ⅲ: C decreased gradually. There was a negative correlation between them (r = - 0.86 4, P <0.01) Group RV / 10 0 gBW and RV / TV were higher than the control group (P <0 1 or P <0 0 01). There was a good negative correlation between plasma AT III activity and RV / 100 gBW (r = -0.612P <0.0001). In the tetramethylpyrazine group, AT Ⅲ: C was higher than those in the non-protection group, mPAP, PV / 100 gBW, and PV / TV lower than those in the non-protection group. Chronic low-pressure hypoxic hypercapnia pulmonary hypertension in rats with plasma antithrombin Ⅲ activity decreased, and the formation of pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy, tetramethylpyrazine can regulate and improve their degree of elevation
