工会经费使用的绩效,应以用得合理、有效、职工满意为衡量标准。用得合理,可理解为工会经费的使用必须符合国家的法律、法规,财政部和全国总工会等部门的规章制度;用得有效,应体现在工会经费为工会全局工作提供物质保障上,体现在工会组织的工作重点和服务方向上。职工满意是前两者实践效果的综合体现。我认为要做好以下几点:
