随着我国市场经济的迅猛发展,我国的企业开始蓬勃发展,但如何在竞争激烈的今天被认可和取得更好的发展,也是我国企业需要面对的挑战。现代企业要想提高自身竞争力,就必须要提高企业中人力资源管理的水平。采取合理、有效的激励机制,可使员工对工作充满热情,加快企业进步。本文通过对现代企业人力资源的管理现状进行研究,进而提出合理的解决方法。
With the rapid development of China’s market economy, our country’s enterprises have begun to flourish. However, how to be recognized and achieve better development in today’s fierce competition is also a challenge that our country’s enterprises need to face. If modern enterprises want to improve their own competitiveness, they must improve the level of human resources management in the enterprise. Adopting a reasonable and effective incentive mechanism will enable employees to be enthusiastic about their work and accelerate their progress. This paper studies the current situation of human resources management in modern enterprises, and then proposes reasonable solutions.
