目的：对胸腺瘤伴重症肌无力患者的人文关怀护理方法进行研究。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月在我院住院就诊的胸腺瘤伴重症肌无力患者80例，随机分为两组各40例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予人文关怀护理。结果两组患者护理前后生存质量各领域评分对比，实验组明显优于对照组，<0.05。结论采用人文关怀的护理方法有助于改善患者生活质量，促进护患关系，值得推广应用。“,”Objective Study on humanistic care nursing methods of thymoma with myasthenia gravis patients.Methods Select 2013 from March 2014 march in our hospital inpatient treatment of thymoma with myasthenia gravis were 80 cases, were randomly divided to two groups, each group of 40 cases, the control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group given humanistic care.Results Two groups of patients with quality of life before and after the field of quality of life scores, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, <0.05.Conclusion Using the method of nursing humanistic care helps to improve the quality of life of patients, promote the relationship between nurses and patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.
