建筑节能评价就是判断建筑热工设计节能可否达到规定要求。而考虑污渍和天气因素的折减系数取值直接影响着围护结构透明部分太阳辐射的修正系数,从而影响该权衡判断的准确性。因此,合理地确定折减系数是建筑物耗热量指标计算中的重要问题。但目前折减系数仍依靠经验取值,并没有针对性的气候区划分和地区划分标准。运用De ST软件进行模拟,得出模型数据,并结合建筑物耗热量指标计算公式推导出乌鲁木齐地区折减系数的具体取值。
Evaluation of building energy efficiency is to determine whether the thermal design of building thermal design can meet the requirements. Therefore, to reasonably determine the reduction factor is an important issue in the calculation of building energy consumption index. However, the current reduction factor is still based on the empirical value, and there is no targeted regional climatic and regional standards. De ST software was used to simulate the model data and the specific value of the reduction coefficient in Urumqi was deduced based on the calculation formula of building heat consumption index.
