目的了解2012年自贡市传染病报告卡的填报情况,为提高传染病报告质量提供依据。方法用分层和单纯随机抽样方法抽取医疗机构进行调查。结果自贡市医疗机构传染病报告卡总合格率为31.7%。不同级别的医疗机构之间、不同地区之间合格率不同,差异有统计学意义,不同的传染病分类、不同的病例来源合格率差异无统计学意义。结论应加强传染病报告管理,加强传染病诊断标准和传染病报告卡填报的规范化培训。
Objective To understand the reporting of infectious disease report cards in Zigong City in 2012 and provide basis for improving the quality of infectious disease report. Methods Stratified and simple random sampling method was used to select medical institutions for investigation. Results The total qualification rate of infectious disease report cards in medical institutions in Zigong City was 31.7%. Different types of medical institutions, different regions of the pass rate is different, the difference was statistically significant, different infectious disease classification, different cases of qualified rate was not statistically significant. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the management of infectious disease reports, strengthen the standardization of diagnostic criteria for infectious diseases and reporting of infectious disease report cards.
