目的探讨优质护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的效果。方法选取井冈山市人民医院2013年2月—2015年2月收治的76例急性心肌梗死患者,按照奇偶数排列将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组38例。对照组应用常规护理方法,研究组在此基础上予以优质护理。比较两组患者卧床时间、住院时间、疾病知识了解程度、护理满意度、并发症发生率及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分变化。结果研究组患者卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组,疾病知识了解程度评分、护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理7d后研究组HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者实施优质护理可以缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高满意度,缓解患者紧张焦虑情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods 76 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to Jinggangshan People’s Hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were divided into study group and control group according to even and odd numbers, with 38 cases in each group. The control group using conventional nursing methods, the study group on the basis of quality care. The duration of bed rest, length of hospital stay, degree of knowledge about disease, satisfaction with nursing, incidence of complications and HAMA score were compared between the two groups. Results The study group had shorter bed time and shorter hospital stay than those of the control group. The degree of understanding of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction were higher in the study group than in the control group. The complication rate was lower in the study group than in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05). The HAMA score of the study group after 7 days of nursing was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of quality nursing in acute myocardial infarction patients can shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the satisfaction and ease the anxiety and anxiety in patients.
