最小离地速度是制定起飞操作程序表的重要基准速度之一,而最小离地速度飞行试验又是民用飞机适航取证中的高风险科目之一。介绍了起飞速度制定过程中各起飞特征速度间的关系,分析研究了最小离地速度在起飞速度制定中的作用,提出了一种基于起飞速度制定原则的最小离地速度合格审定飞行试验的优化方法。该方法可以优化最小离地速度飞行试验安排,节省适航取证成本和时间。
The minimum ground clearance is one of the important benchmark speeds for preparing the take-off operating schedule, and the minimum ground-based flight test is one of the high-risk subjects in civil airworthiness certification. This paper introduces the relationship between the take-off speed and the take-off speed in the take-off speed development process, analyzes and studies the role of the minimum ground speed in takeoff speed setting, and proposes an optimization of the minimum ground clearance certification flight test based on take-off speed setting principle method. This method can optimize the flight test arrangement of the minimum ground speed and save the cost and time of airworthiness certification.
