我国发电装机容量达到9亿千瓦,成绩可喜,但站在新起点上,有必要思考9亿千瓦成绩背后的经验与面临的问题,探求电力工业科学发展之道。总结过去是为了更好地面对未来,认识规律是为了更好地遵循规律,唯有如此,我国电力工业才能在科学发展的大路上越走越好。
China’s installed capacity of power generation reached 900 million kilowatts, gratifying results, but standing at a new starting point, it is necessary to consider the experience behind 900 million kilowatts and the problems facing the search for science in the power industry development. To sum up the past in order to better face the future and to understand the law in order to better follow the law, the power industry in our country can only go as far as possible along the path of scientific development.
