光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种联合使用光、光敏剂和氧分子,通过光动力反应选择性地治疗多种恶性和良『生疾病的药械联用新疗法。光源和照光器件的技术和产品的不断发展,为扩大光动力疗法的临床应用和精准无创治疗提供了技术基础。然而,准确、正确的光动力疗法需要认真地进行照光剂量的计划、实施和监控。本文从临床实用角度对光动力疗法的临床剂量学方法做一详细介绍。
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a new type of combination therapy using light, photosensitizer and oxygen molecules to selectively treat various malignant and benign diseases through photodynamic therapy. The continuous development of technologies and products of light sources and light-emitting devices has provided a technological basis for expanding the clinical application of photodynamic therapy and precise and non-invasive treatment. However, accurate and correct photodynamic therapy requires careful planning, implementation and monitoring of light doses. This article from a clinical practical point of view of clinical pharmacodynamics photodynamic therapy method to do a detailed introduction.
