北京市为防止今冬明春非典型肺炎疫情反复,11日正式出台了《北京防治传染性非典型肺炎应急预案》。总体思路是以保证今冬明春不出现疫情反复为目标,着力构建灵敏准确的监测预警体系,确保早发现;建立准确及时的信息报告体系,确保早报告;构筑严密有效的预防控制体系,确保早隔离;建设坚实可靠的医疗救治体系,确保早治疗,切实把北京非典防治工作纳入制度化和规范化的轨道。
