电力生产是现代社会赖以生存和进步发展所必不可少的动力基础，设备状态检修是一种先进的检修管理方式，充分运用现有的技术手段，选用科学的管理方法，同时结合设备的重要性、可控性和可维性，通过对设备进行状态检修，进而在一定程度上提高设备运行的可靠性，进一步降低发电成本。
